(Sec. 1) Team Killing: Never kill a member of your own team whether they are [cKs] or not. There are times when killing a member on your team is called for, those times can only be determined by the ranking [cKs] Officer in the room. This rule does not apply to open respawn rooms, although it should be the highest ranking Officer to make the decision if team killing is permitted for that game.

(Sec. 2) Lobby: When in a war lobby, the time before and after the game is for the ranking officers to discuss the details of the match with the other team and issue orders to the squad (refer to Certified Battles). There will be no ‘chitchat’ and especially no banter to the other team.

(Sec. 3) Cheating: Glitching is completely forbidden in [cKs]. Any form of glitching, cheating, or game exploit is considered cheating. This includes but is not limited to soft spotting, coding, and cord pulling. Doing this while wearing a [cKs] tag is punishable by immediate discharge. Any altering of the originally formatted and produced game of SOCOM is considered glitching and will be enforced as such. Even entering a rank up or GNK room will be enforced under this section

(Sec. 4) Celebration: Dancing on bodies is permitted, but not suggested. It is frowned upon to 'victory dance' on a fellow clan members body, however it is allowed. In open rooms, and especially during wars you are to respect your opponents. Refer to Article II. Dancing on bodies should always be done in moderation. Dancing includes but is not limited to raping bodies, squating on bodies, and shooting bodies.

(Sec. 5) Taunting: Vocal taunting using proximity chat is allowed, but only in moderation and should be kept to a respectable degree. It is prohibited to trash talk your fellow clan members, and members of any opposing force.

Sec. 6) Mic Usage: Excessive or irrelevant mic use is not permitted at any time. At all times when playing keep the mics open for tactical communication and keep it relevant. Even when dead, limit the mic use and let the CO issue orders for coming rounds. Do not use the mic to vent frustration. Everyone has their weak moments in SOCOM, but keep it in moderation. We all play an online game and with that comes lag; get used to it. Proximity chat shall be kept to a bare minimum, and shall only be used to relay information to a nearby teammate, when you cannot grab the mic.

(Sec. 7) Clan Rooms: Whenever possible clan rooms should be made and played in. The room name should always contain the clan website, www.cksclan.ca. Clan rooms will always be in a Canadian server. For SOCOM: Confrontation, cKs has called Canada East 1, home.

(Sec. 8) Play Together: Always play with the clan and our affiliates. When logging on, check to see who else is online. If no one else is, you are free to find a room. If there is someone else on follow them. If the room is full, let them know you are online but the room is full so they can follow you.

(Sec. 1) Trash Talking: Never talk out of line. Don't trash talk or talk in a degrading way to any other SOCOM player, let alone a fellow member. There are times to defend the clan and our comrades, but do so in a mature manner; don't drop to their level.

(Sec. 2) Insubordination: Those with higher rank and authority than yourself should always be respected and obeyed with the utmost care. Never talk back to an Officer with higher rank or disobey a direct order on or off the field. A CO can determine insubordination and punish as necessary

(Sec. 3) Sportsmanship: Never excessively vent or complain publically. If you have an issue, bring it up with an Officer at an appropriate time. Making the issue public before an Officer is aware of it will only result in public scrutiny. While on the field be a good sport. If you are not having a good day, don't bring everyone else down with you. Take responsibility for your actions whether good or bad. Don't blame dying on someone or something else. You are responsible for your actions and your abilities.

(Sec. 1) Minimum Activity Level: In order to remain an active member of the clan you are expected to meet your ranks minimum activity level. This applies to participating online, as well as forum use. See your rank criteria for more details.

All involved in the war must agree to participation. This means dedicating the next 2 hours (minimum) to playing and finishing the game. Finishing the game means sticking around until the very last lobby whether it is to collect the satisfaction of winning or congratulating the opposing clan on their win

The highest ranking Officer is always in charge unless they order otherwise. They are the Commanding Officer. Second in rank is the Sub Commanding Officer. Their can be instances in the case of large map scenarios that two Commanders are required. In this case Second in rank becomes Co-Commanding Officer.
